I våra festlokaler på nedre plan har vi skapat en fantastisk miljö för er kick-off, after work, företagsfest eller teambuildingaktivitet. Under lättsamma former kommer ni att lära er om mat och dryck och uppleva en annorlunda aktivitet som tillför inspiration och energi till gruppen. Vi tar emot sällskap på upp till fyrtio personer. Vid större evenemang har vi möjlighet att även ta restaurangdelen i anspråk och ta emot större sällskap. Nedan några exempel på aktiviteter.

For groups who need energy and creativity. Who does not dream of visiting Cuba? During this pass, you get the opportunity to do just that through the fartfylda and wonderfully rhythmic dance Salsa. We learn the basic steps which we then put together into a single song and dance. You can choose to dance alone or with partners.

For groups that need to release negative thoughts and focus on the present. The exercises are inspired and taken from Power Yoga to increase your agility, strength and balance. There are always several alternatives to the exercises so that you can perform yoga for your specific situation. All can join in the class, beginners and thoose who already are active yoga practitioner. The key is to listen to your body and feel what feels good for you.
